WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period for Armac brand UPS is 2 years from the date of sale.

Armac Sp. z o.o. provides a warranty for purchased UPS only to its Customers.

Armac Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the obligations of its Customers resulting from the further resale of UPS, in particular as a consumer sale. The warranty period is counted from the date of sale of UPS by Armac Sp. z o.o.

The warranty period for Armac brand batteries is 1 year from the date of sale.

Armac Sp. z o.o. provides a warranty for purchased batteries only to its Customers.

Armac Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the obligations of its Customers resulting from the further resale of batteries, in particular as a consumer sale. The warranty period is counted from the date of sale of batteries by Armac Sp. z o.o.

Defects revealed during this period will be removed free of charge. The Guarantor is responsible only for defects resulting from causes inherent in the sold goods.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from other causes, in particular:

– as a result of improper use, installation, storage, transport
– any external causes, such as mechanical or chemical damage
– resulting from random events, e.g. fire, flood, etc.

The buyer loses the warranty rights in the event of breach of warranty seals or other traces of interference by unauthorized persons.

UPS/BATTERY SERVICE

The UPS/Battery subject to complaint should be reported to the distributor, wholesaler, company or store where it was purchased. The report must include the model, serial number of the UPS/Battery, a short description of the fault and the return address along with the phone number. After receiving confirmation of the report – RMA number, print the RMA label, stick it in a visible place on the package, then send it to the address provided on the label.

All complaints are considered within 14 business days from the date of acceptance of the product for service. In special cases, the period may be extended to 28 business days, about which the service will inform the Customer. If the fault cannot be removed, the Customer will receive a new product or a quantitative correction depending on the current possibilities of Armac Sp. z o.o.
